2016-17 Rangers Individual Tickets Go On-Sale For 90th Anniversary Season

New York, NY (September 19, 2016) – The New York Rangers announced today that individual tickets for the 2016-17 season, the team’s 90th anniversary season, will go on-sale on Saturday, September 24 at 12 p.m. As the Marquee Partner of Madison Square Garden, Chase is offering an exclusive pre-sale to cardmembers that will begin on Tuesday, September 20 at 1 p.m. At the conclusion of the early on-sale period, Chase Preferred Seating will be available for all games throughout the season for Chase cardholders. Tickets will be available on Ticketmaster via nyrangers.com, the official New York Rangers Mobile App, Ticketmaster charge-by-phone, 866-858-0008 and Ticketmaster outlets.
The Blueshirts will begin their 90th NHL season with a Metropolitan Division matchup against the New York Islanders on Thursday, Oct. 13 at Madison Square Garden. The Rangers will play 10 of their first 14 contests of the season at Madison Square Garden. The Blueshirts’ longest homestand of the 2016-17 season is four games in February – from Feb. 5 vs. Calgary to Feb. 11 vs. Colorado.
The Rangers will play more home games in November and February (eight home games in each month) than in any other month during the season. The Blueshirts’ schedule once again features a heavy concentration of Sunday home games with a total of 12. New York will also play three home games on Mondays, 11 home games on Tuesdays, home games on Wednesdays, three home games on Thursdays, four home games on Fridays, and three home games on Saturdays throughout the course of the season.
Fans will be eligible to purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets per game. There are a limited number of half-season and mini (11 or 12 games) ticket plans, as well as group ticket offerings, still available. All ticket orders are subject to service charges.
