2016-17 Knicks Individual Tickets Go On-Sale For 70th Anniversary Season

New York, NY (September 19, 2016) – The New York Knickerbockers announced today that individual tickets for the 2016-17 season, the team’s 70th anniversary season, will go on-sale on Tuesday, Sep. 27 at noon. As the Marquee Partner of Madison Square Garden, Chase is offering an exclusive pre-sale to cardmembers that will begin on Tuesday, Sep. 20 at 1 p.m. At the conclusion of the early on-sale period, Chase Preferred Seating will be available for all games throughout the season for Chase cardholders. Tickets will be available on Ticketmaster via www.knicks.com/ticket-central, the official New York Knicks Mobile App, Ticketmaster charge-by-phone, 866-858-0008 and Ticketmaster outlets.
In addition, there are a limited number of half-season and mini-ticket plans (11 or 12 games), as well as, group ticket offerings, still available.
The team’s home-opener at Madison Square Garden will be Saturday, Oct. 29 versus the Memphis Grizzlies at 7:30 p.m. New York’s regular season home schedule is highlighted by two visits from the NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday, Dec. 7 and Saturday, Feb. 4 and one visit by the Western Conference Champion Golden State Warriors on Sunday, Mar. 5. Holiday games at MSG include the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day game on Monday, Jan. 16 versus the Atlanta Hawks at 1:00 p.m. and Christmas Day versus the Boston Celtics at noon. The team will play a total of eight afternoon games at home.
